Peanut Butter Blondie

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
1 cup of finely ground almond flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup of melted butter
1/3 cup of monk fruit
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Prepare a small baking dish (20cm x 20cm) by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
In a bowl, add all the ingredients except for the baking powder and chocolate chips. Mix well. Then, add the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture into the dish.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
Allow to cool before cutting.
