Recommended Daily Dose

Sea Moss Gel

  • Beginner dose: ½ tablespoon daily

  • Standard dose: 1 tablespoon daily

  • Therapeutic range (with practitioner supervision): up to 1–2 tablespoons daily

  • ¼–½ teaspoon daily, mixed into smoothies or warm drinks

Sea Moss Capsules

  • Follow the product-specific dose (usually 500–1000 mg/day)

How to Use Sea Moss

Use your daily dose in:

  • smoothies

  • warm drinks

  • soups and stews

  • dressings and sauces

  • chia pudding or yogurt

  • a spoonful straight from the jar

Avoid adding gel to boiling liquids, which may damage some nutrients.

Because sea moss contains naturally high iodine, use caution if you have:
